As most of you know bought a Vantage from dealers in the South nearly 2 months ago. Still having serious problems with alot of issues ranging from warranty to missing items.Totally ruined 1st experience of Aston ownership

Ideas please for the next level as the dealers dont care, AM direct ? Name and shame ? Lawyers ?

I know you read this forum Mr Dealer and my login will give me away but I've had enough....and you know it

I would start by ringing AM direct.......make sure you have all your correspondence from the well-known London/Wilmslow/Derby dealer to discuss with them.

Have you written to the Dealer Principle? If so and still not getting anywhere, as has been said Aston Customer Service.

Just make sure you park your car on the Queen's highway as near to the entrance as possible. evil

No dealer principle will suffer an advert like this outside their showroom

No i haven't but this sales rep is giving me some runaround, wont even accept my calls now. AM direct I reckon but once its sorted they will get named and shamed.

Write / phone to the DP first, then Aston.
Oh, and once resolved, remember you can't name and shame on here - against the PH rules

good advice.....write or e-mail the DP giving him the facts about what you were promised, and what your complaining about......tell him you intend to take the matter up with AM customer service and that you also intend to seek redress in the courts. Give him 7 days to acknowledge your e-mail and a further 7 days to tell you how he intends to resolve your complaint. Give him the date by which you seek his final answer.
Don’t forget to tell him that his salesman is a wker (only joking about this bit) smile

hope it gets resolved

But surely you could give a reasonably accurate geographical location and let people work it out... There are ways and means I think.

Spoke to dealer principle last night, very understanding, then got a call from sales manager 5 minutes later, again very understanding and although he is new to that dealership he was genuinely shocked and astounded...Requested various mails and expect a call this morning...
I'm not one for moaning but enough is enough and this is going to get very interesting...
If I dont get satisfactory outcome within a week then AM direct will get involved.

Delivering a car without a MOT is not what I'd expect from a main dealer,(cars now abroad) nor is not supplying various other items that should have come with the car...
After initial responses from DP its all gone quiet....Wonder why ??.....Looks like AM direct will need to assist.....

I too have had the most horrific dealership experience buying my latest car... I was advised on a number of occasions by my solicitor friend to take legal action but just couldn't be bothered (too many more important things to be doing with my time). It has spoilt my buying experience and I have been so tempted to put them on the rogue trader wall on watchdog! The saga is still ongoing ....

I just hope the car proves more reliable than the dealership!

It would be interesting to run a poll and see how many would go back to or recommend their AM dealership?
