997 front diff oil seals?

Looking for some advice...

My 997.1 TT has been in the bodyshop following a parking hit and run (3 weeks without the car, bugger!). Just had a call to say they have had it on the ramp and the front diff is leaking oil and has been some time. Apparently the only solution is a new diff from Porsche at £3.5k as they don't do the seals alone.

Anyone know if there is less reassuringly expensive fix?

Diff seals for output seals are available....

999.113.454.40 £15.50 plus vat....
