NHS patient transport service - vehicle maintenance

I followed an "Ambulance" this morning actually 'patient transport service" - said vehicle had a canvas patch showing on the tyre.

I tried to follow it, but was defeated by traffic / lights.

Does anybody know who to contact in the Bradford area? This was NHS transport.

I have looked on various NHS sites, but drawn a blank.
