Interior Mishaps ?
Discussion
What is the worst thing that has happened to your car interior ?
My brother had a mishap in my mums Nova involving a days takings from the Kwik Save he worked in, asked to deliver money box to bank in bad mood due to the imposition, dropped box on back seat, drove the short distance to the bank, grabbed box and pulled it, it lodged, got ratty pulled some more and deployed a canister of Orange smoke and instantly invented Easyjets colour scheme in a Nova Merit, no, it didnt wash out.
My brother in laws A class, his daughter aged two did a dirty protest, smeared everything she could reach with the contents of her nappy.
Bottle of milk in my Grandads Montego, he braked, it broke and the car smelt like vomit for evermore.
Father in laws Seven series, 20 litres of Ducks Back and his usual driving style resulting in a red Cedar coloured boot, luckily it is water based so could be swilled out, took a while though.
So, anyone placed an Indian Takeaway on a front seat, hit something and the curry has met the passenger airbag, I would love to see the outcome.

I was reading that thinking that some spilt coinage wasn't too much grief, but the orange dye...
My mum's old Volvo became known as the dog coffin after her doubly incontinent Labrador expired in it

Colleague had a cat jump into his boot and proceed to have the feline equivalent of dysentery. Apparently the smell never really went. Even Jeyes fluid couldn't mask the odour.
Another friend regretted ticking the beige upholstery option when his 3 year old did a technicolour yawn after drinking a litre of blackcurrant fruit shoot.

Working away years ago, I moved digs, transported everything by car, put the deep fat fryer in the passenger footwell, and yes it spilt, pretty dumb way to ruin a carpet, same car had a girl put her heel through the dash clock whilst having sex, fast forward 20 years, my 3 year old daughter scribbled all over my leather seats, that had to wear off, that's about it really, pretty boring.
Many years ago, I collected a 323 BMW as my company car. On the Saturday we had to go to Homebase to get some paint for the kitchen which I put in the boot. When we got home I opened the boot lid to find the paint still in the boot, just not in the can in the boot....
I have another story involving a blow job, a Lancia Delta Integrale and a hurried search for replacement carpets , but this isn't really the forum to post it.....

I had a very near miss a few years ago. I'd been down the local micro-brewery first thing to pick up my christmas order which was a polly-pin, (4.5 gallons of live ale in a heavy plastic bag with a tap in a cardboard box) before heading to the butchers, supermarket etc.
All this time there was 4.5 gallons of live ale slowly fermenting due to the warmth of the car interior. As I pulled up outside my flat I heard the cardboard box on the back seat creak and then pop open due to the pressure of the expanding beer!
I leapt out of the car, or at least tried to but I was still wearing my seat belt! I finally, after mucho panicking got the box out and opened the tap to vent the co2, if the bag had split I would have sent the car for scrap by new year as the interior would've been rancid in a day or two.

Back at school, a mate of mine was very proud to be allowed free roam of his Mum's new Fiesta 3 door. He was all too happy to gloat as we all rocked around in some utter piles of toss. Thankfully Karma wasn't far away and one day a wee crowd were stood as he fed a set of ladders in over the back seats and over the front seat. He slammed the boot down, you can probably guess where this is going as did we but alas no, the mighty spec Ford rear window proved to be mightier than the front which promptly shattered. We laughed. Lots.
