Went down to Harwoods tonight for their Vanquish launch. Took a few snaps, car looked & sounded pretty good.

Yellow - give me a sick bag. Whatever possessed them?

The grey looks good, although the interior has turned out a little oink. Sure this is just the flash though.

The interior was very pink ... even sitting in there without the flash!

Some more from Harwoods. Sorry about the poor (iPhone) quality, but they may show some small detail that is new. The boot is usefully larger than the DB9/S and even with the complicated spoiler the lid is much lighter. BTW, I am not a poser, but I did like the yellow car!

I also liked the yellow, and hope some people would choose it. Not me though.
Also enjoyed talk of the new '9'. 510 hp, CCM, Virage body, back seats! (for Aston luggage) and £18k cheaper than Virage.
But that quilted seat?

Ah, so that's what the interior of this looks like:

Ah Bumblebee, what did it transform into? Like the carbon roof on that one.

Way to much red in the silver one..... And way to much black in the yellow onefrown

Red and black would have looked so much better...

and for the yellow one, more yellow on the interior, would lift the whole carsmile

I'd actually like to see one that's specced more conservatively to get a better feel for the car, after all that's how most people are going to buy them. Black+Cream / Lightning+Black or even Magma+Champagne ... something like that.

I am sure it looks very "pretty" and all however hardly groundbreaking. How long will Aston just tweak and tweak a design. Yes it was beautiful but please bring us something new, I presume there is someone else with design ideas at Aston Martin left?

The pattern detailing on the seats is really horrible.

Tweaking the design has worked for Porsche for the last 60 years

Why do people roll out that argument? The very basic shape has stayed similar but the interiors have evolved and mechanically they are vastly different over that time. You cannot compare the two.

Indeed. An old Porsche looks like and old Porsche, totally different to a new one, whereas Aston's just look a tad too similar relying on an old design. Yes I know it is small manufacturer but please design something fresh please!
