My current favourite blue cheese is Harbourne blue which is a blue goat's cheese. It's stunning - salty, creamy goat flavour with all the tang of any other blue.
Also a massive fan of Partridge blue which is local(ish), being from Somerset, and has a lovely powerful flavour and the texture is great.
Found Blue Monday slightly disappointing.
Black bomber is very nice. If you like it try Cheddar cheese company's vintage, Quicke's vintage or even a Clawson aged red leicester or Lincolnshire Poacher (though last 2 are a bit milder)
