if they could do a boxster, or even better, a spyder, with the early 911 front end and rear lights (somehow),like a slightly updated 550, I'd have that from my lottery win please

pretty confident there's one that lives near Richmond Park. Seen it a couple of times en-route to work in the morning. Looks absolutely magnificent

Had a long email discussion with Rob Dickinson in June, as was considering a Singer seriously. Top guy.

We discussed the fact that I believe there is a significant market here in the UK, for a car such as the the Singer, namely those with a classic/rare 911, who feel they cannot track or use the car in the way they once did.

They normally buy a ‘rep’ or homage to the 73 RSR/RS.....quickly fall out of love with it and then cannot sell it. The second hand market for Reps is a real nightmare for anything above £60k here in the UK. £60-£80k buys a ‘sorted’ FIA approved classic 911 (RSR/ST/RS) REP. £100-150k buys you latest GT3RS, warranty etc etc. That is where they/I tend now to look to.
There is also the worry, as the Singer is ‘so’ bespoke, that those who can afford the $300k + donor would never consider a pre-owned Singer, and therefore depreciation ‘could’ be significant, along with warranty etc. It’s an unknown quantity with the Singer.

I'm sure they are superb, but they are simply way, way too expensive unfortunately.
