Mitsubishi L200 club cab hard top

I have been tasked to find a hard top for one of the above, it's a 2005 model, so not the new shape, and it's the club cab, so basically a 2 door crew cab.
The owner has been in touch with truckman and they say they don't do one for this particular model, but I believe somewhere out there someone has one.
Any ideas please.
And if this is in the wrong section then I apologise, and could someone move it into the right section.

alternatively someone like ifor williams who do aluminium hard tops would be able to make one up if there's not a commercially available plastic one ...
