After a bit of advise, how long do competition licenses last for? Planning a birthday surprise for my old man and i'm not sure if his is still valid or not!
Who can I call to check if his is still valid and if not, how would I go about renewing it?
They're valid for the year that they're applied for. For example, I got my 2012 one in July, and it's valid until 31st December 2012. Check with the MSA.
They are valid for a calendar year. If it expired within the last couple of years it can be simply renewed, otherwise i think a new ARDS test may need to be done. Best to talk to the MSA. Renewal costs depend on the grade of license but a Race National B for example is about £56
