found a nice little pub....with entertainment....just off the motorway....i mean..what else is there to do on a Sunday afternoon?
if enough want to go i'll contact the owners...needless to say no food will be on offer...just a comfy seat and a bar....oh...did i mention the entertainment...

Blimey! sold it to suit a grandchild, are they mad? My grandson would be
horrified if I sold mine. He is a serious petrol head at the age of 6 and
loves coming to shows in either the cerbera or the Aston. Besides that
it's up to my son to make sacrifices to suit his son not me! I made mine
years ago for him, and aim to continue my mid life crisis for years to come.

I totally agree..... wouldn't part with my Aston for anything! What's this 'men only meet' rubbish then?????

Hi all and Trevor.

I thought I made it clear that our daughter was told in no uncertain terms after years of trying that she could not conceive and that IVF was the only option. We made the decision that we would finance this privately and forgo any move to Greece. This would mean finance involving selling the V12V.
It turned out that surprisingly against the odds she became pregnant but the wheels were in motion and we were offered a fantastic price on the car. One, it would be stupid to turn down. As it stands its now advertised at a figure tempting to reclaim. Due to our daughters issues we still want funds in case of problems.
I/we love this place and still read with sadness and envy what you guys are getting up to.
When all is settled you may have the dubious pleasure of me being back. Don't know at this time what in, but it will be an Aston.
Oh and Tony, if you recognise me at your venue, stick a tenner down my g string and I will give you a 'special' dance ;-)
