Thanks for the comments guys, as for the brakes they are very good they slow the car so quickly and it's stopping distance is near as nothing, I have never felt any brake fade at all so very happy with them, I would say the only problem with the RC5's would be the amount of dust they produce, my wheels can go from wheel to black within minutes but its a track car not a show car so it does not bother me to much.

A few pics from Spa earlier this month, had a great time and the gf drove for the first time on track and loved it so now the car is at my friends garage getting a LSD, 4pot calipers, new clutch, white line arb, different geometry settings and a lots more then I will bring it back to my house in france for plexi windows, a proper fire system, headlight blanks and probably a lot more.
The plan now is to make it non road legal and trailer it everywhere as it was horrid to drive on the road anyway lol

just got back from DN9 at the ring and had a great time it was such a well organised event and has now swayed me to stop doing the tourist days and stay on the trackday path.
The car performed perfectly and we are very happy with it.
here are the pics that frozenspeed took during the day and I must say there are really good.

Reliability has been pretty good tbh had the gearbox changed at the start of the year and included a quaife diff as the box was getting tired.
Other than that the only breakdownsI have had was two minor electrical which were both fixed in 15 min.
But I have spent also a lot of money on the car to make it as reliable as possible with more track orientated parts tbh and after every trackday I spend a lot of time stripping everything down, cleaning, inspecting and replacing anything I'm not happy with.
The weight is now 960kg but it goes a lot further than just the interior, I have removed none necessary wiring, metal work (in the doors etc) aircon, lighter pulleys, and lots more. That has been my OCD for the past year as its better that bumping the bhp up and having a less reliable engine.

Spotted the car at DN9.
Ref weight I'm pretty sure Darrens own race 172 is 100+kg less than your weight posted above, does have grp doors, bonnet & tailgate tho.
Yeah I don't have any grp panels yet, that's planned for next year hopefully. I'm pretty sure I'm at 960kg as that is what I had when it was corner weighted but I have chopped a little more out since.Ref weight I'm pretty sure Darrens own race 172 is 100+kg less than your weight posted above, does have grp doors, bonnet & tailgate tho.
