They're coming back with the best price on my renewal. The policy appears to include the usual stuff, windscreen, legal cover, protected NCD etc. but they don't appear to have the policy documents online to download and review.

The quote says Allianz next to it so I assume they are brokers, I simply hadn't heard of them.

I'm with them. For some reason, you only get about 14 days to download the policy documents. I can't comment on service as I've not had to claim. They are bloody cheap though.

I've not used them (or heard of them) but want to post so I can find this thread easily tomorrow and get a quote from them.

Hit the watch button on the thread, adds it to your "My Stuff" list.

I was with them last year.

No issues but never had to claim. They were the cheapest by far hence why I went with them. Only time I did deal with them was when I changed my car. No issues there either although I do recall an admin fee but then most insurers are the same.

With Swinton now as they were cheaper this year. They have been nothing but a pain in the arse, constantly texting, emailing and posting me offers, plus I get around 5 sales calls on my mobile a day from random call centres which only started when I joined Swinton... Never again...

Emailed them twice asking for a copy of the policy terms, no reply.

Phoned them today, they don't give them out.

"So if you can't let me see the terms before I take out the policy is there a cooling off period?" and apparently yes but with a £50 admin charge.

So fk 'em.

I'm with them.

Cancellation is fairly pap but I'm only paying £275 so meh, I'm not bothered.

I can download the docs if you want, pop me a PM
