This appears to be a late model Vauxhall Astra.
I took this pic on Sand Lake Road in Orlando FL this afternoon. LHD and FL tag, so not a temporary import.
Not earth-shattering, I'll grant you, but unusual and does beg the question, "Why?"

That does look like an 'XR' badge on the right, which would confirm it.

I assumed it was going to be the standard PH pet hate of people who sit at junctions with their foot on the brake, rather than putting it in neutral/park and applying the handbrake.
