3.8 RS rear spoiler and 421 instead of 381hp, ad doesn't bode well for factual content, and one wonders just how accurate the original conversion to a Turbo S spec was.

Proper one here :

I think that this is the same car that was for sale at GC Motors in March for £50k, it started its life in Spain and has been converted from LHD

There's an original 3.6 Turbo with the X88 Powerkit at Phil Raby Porsche ( linky ) - same engine as found in the Turbo S as far as I can tell? Price is a little more bearable than the £167k asked for the yellow Turbo S, and similar to that of the ad you posted.

i asked the seller if it had been converted from LHD and was told NO,yet he did mention the car had been in Spain.

Get a 3.6 and modify it yourself rather than buying someone elses idea of what the lightweight should spec like.

1 of 3 RHD ? I thought there were 6 UK RHD cars (one written off I believe, leaving 5) altho a few RHD cars went down under with IIRC 2 turning up with delivery mileage a couple of years ago for about £125k, they were also 3.3 not 3.6 with 381bhp, a friend of mine had the black Faldo car a few years ago and we did a bit of research on them, I drove it a couple of times and it was brutally quick

I enquired about the car when it was at GC and was told it was a conversion. They sent me some docs to show where the conversion was done. Assuming its the same car but I'm sure it is.

That picture is 100% taken outside GC's showroom in Harrogate.

also a 3.6 turbo s is a luxo barge compared to 3.3 turbo s which was a genuine lightweight with tuned motor.. 3.6 turbo s was a hi spec run out model whichever way you look it at it the car mentioned, which has been knocking around for months is neither one nor the other..

was that not a RS 3.8 rather than a Turbo S ? IIRC there were 6 RHD 3.3 Turbo S and only 2 RHD 3.8 RS ?
