I always thought that adverts for long standing members were free, is this still the case ?

I am trying to put up a ad now but it is all over the shop, only allow me to select premium ad, nothing else and won't allow me to change the email address just says contact us but not how ( address has been changed in my profile but old one is still there).

Also it links oh_dear as my PH member id to the ad which it isn't ?

I have rung up and spoke to Luke but he transferred me to Katie ? who wasn't in and waiting on a call back.

Any help or advise here ?

Cheers

I'm completely lost.

I entered all the details then when I clicked next it asked me for login details. I had to register as it didn't recognise my current login ( was OK last week ). SO I typed all my details to register & it lost all the car details I typed in. There seems to be no link to my old log-in and the car I've already got advertised.

Help !

Try using gifdy as your login name.

I did try that and got username/password not valid. Just tried again and it's the password that's the problem. It somehow uses the new password entered and not the one for the main site ( which I used first time round ).

Anyway - thanks for the help, although I do now have a second classified account. If you can delete that I'd appreciate it

You registered a new account today. Use the one you previously used.

Ok, not sure how that happened, I signed in with my username Tampon and password and when I am signed in right now it shows those ads under my account as being ready to submit?

I will have another go.

Thanks Matt (again)

My fault, Got it now.

Thanks Matt.

Not entirely sure what I did differently but it seems there is a different sign in for classifieds than the rest of the site ? ie if I am signed in as tampon I can sign in to a different classified account at the same time. I must of set up another account when I tried to sign in to the classifieds earlier.
