Where to sell a car thats been bashed

I want to sell my Chrysler. It runs well, very nice to drive, well, as nice as they can be. Issue is the passenger frontwing is bashed beyond repair. Should I get it done or try to sell as is. Would a visit to WBAC be a waste of time or would a private buyer take it on. Not looking for big money on the car just to move it on.

I doubt WBAC would buy it.

Stick it on eBay and be honest, you'll be surprised what you'd get for a shed. Someone's eyes will light up thinking they can make a minter for a few hundred quid.

Picture of the damage? If it looks like it just needs replacement panels then try an ebay advert (note that I didn't say auction) or gumtree, there are always people looking for a car they can fix up.

Thanks for the info. It's not really a shed. 2007 Chryler 300c and well looked after BUT definitely in need of a wing. Should I get it done an advertise at the market rate or maybe as is but with a margin (say £750) for the repair.

Get a proper quote for repair (prob less than £500 if just the wing) and balance resale of a mint car not needing repair against the hassle - price accordingly and give it a try. If it doesn't sell as is then spend the money and try again. Bare in mind that if you're looking at cars advertised they won't be making the asking price unless they're disappearing quickly so need to fudge likely haggle on price into equation

You will make most money on a decent car by having the car repaired first.

95% of non trade buyers simply won't buy a damaged car.

Different on a £300 snotter.

eBay it. Someone will fancy a bargain and get a secondhand wing for it and bodge it up.
