360 advice please.

Hi all, finally decided to go the ferrari route at last, got a 997 c2s coming next month, gonna sell it after a few months but getting the modena as a long term pet!

Have £85k budget, testing 2 cars at graypaul wednesday, one F1, one manual.
Does the tubi exhaust system make a huge difference? How much should I be paying for this?
Is the Ferrari warranty worthwhile?
Anything else to bear in mind?

If you search through the back postings, I think you'll find a lot of stuff on this subject. Only mentioning this because I can't honestly remember what all the issues are.

Personally, I couldn't countenance a 360 without a Tubi; it sounds bloody wonderful. If you talk to Manu or Ajay at Scuderia, they'll give you the sp on these systems. Ninja Eli (aka 'Pussy Latif') managed to avoid putting one on his Spider, but I don't quite know how he managed it.

Yes the dealer warranty is worthwhile, and in case your query is related to the point above, I had warranty work done on my car with the Tubi in situ. And it's not like you can't tell it's there

For the rest, I put some stuff in my profile a while back and I don't think Ted deletes it, so it should still be there.

When I sold my car to back to the dealer, I had my original exhaust sitting on the passenger seat. Some member of the public asked what it was, I said the exhaust it just fell off on the way :0)))) You could do that too :-)))
