My brother is looking to get a cheap car to commute in and to that effect he's been looking at auctions and repossession type websites. He's came across this site: http://verycheapcars4saleonline.com/ and has asked me what I think of it?

To be honest I don't really know anything about this type of thing and I'm wondering if anyone on here has? Looking at their terms and conditions makes me dubious?
