Probably just me but I could have sworn the seats they replaced the cracked leather ones with were ambla and not leather.

1st to 2nd gear graunching - that would be the Moss box then I assume.

Still a treat to watch though and I like the way Edd explains the work he is completing.

I thought it was great, especially after the Channel 5 travesty.

In spite of Mike getting a bit old for the cheeky cockney chappy they both seem like nice, sincere fellows who, at heart, are enthusiasts.

Each series seems to get better too.

Really enjoyed it! Was very surprised all that smoke was caused by breather issues.

certainly looked like vinyl replacement seats to me ... you could see the grain on the seat bases when the camera showed the finished interior.
Still, a very small matter now that channel 5 have lowered the bar for tv programmes of any sort to below earth level.....

Mike is very likeable but edd is way out of his depth. i saw large plumes of smoke when they took the car for a drive at the end of the show. it certainly wasnt fixed!

Not surprised the Mk2 smoked, it probably still has the same petrol tank that I treated with sealer seven years ago and is now being attacked by ethonal.
PS the car was always bit of a smoker but not as bad as it is now.

I did enjoy that i must say, allways liked the show but as already said after that "other" show it looks even better laugh
I would in no way say Edd was out of his depth, the show may BS somewhat (did the car have new unmentioned tyres as usuall ? ) but Edd knows his stuff, he's built some real nice motors in the past (off the show that is) lol

Wheeler Dealers certainly isn't high quality TV, but I really enjoy it. I always feel inspired to go and get my hands oily - I just need to decide on a project.... perhaps something botched by Channel 5's new offering.

Funny how they can get a re-spray for 3k and everything else is just pennies... When ever I need to fix something on my V12 it costs and arm and a leg.. anyone have Ed's number?
