Thinking of buying a Subaru Wagon

I'm thinking of going to have a look at this Subaru, what are the main things that I should look out for please? I was thinking it wouldn't make a too bad family hack to shlep around in.

Not too sure about parts availability in the Philippines but over here in the UK there is a vast supply of enthusiast back-up of these cars.

Normal age related issues. Suspension Drop-Links etc etc that wear out. Bottom ends are not immune to go but here in the UK, engines can be rebuilt / replaced cheaply but all in all they're pretty tough.

Auto will blunt the performance a bit and mpg won't be anything to write home about.
