Range Rover hands Free

I am having problems with my hands free system on my 08 Range Rover, when making a call I can hear the recipient but they cannot hear me ?

Thanks for your replies, I am replacing the mic, fingers crossed that its the problem

IIRC there's an improved version that might be worth thinking about, since the original one isn't very good at filtering out cabin noise. Any time I use mine, the person at the other end always comments on the amount of background noise.
