Pretty sure Spider alloys are 8.5J, so you can fit them - I'm still not 100% certain on mine. They look great and suit the car, but the front tyre is really stretched across the width of the wheel, and that's with a 225. If you have the option I would send back and get an 8J.
Pretty sure you will also need to use some rack stops, to prevent the wheels fouling on full lock.
I need a new Spider at the rear as one is buckled, they seem to be a bit fragile - quite liking the look of some Compomotive MO6's - but may need to save some more pennies!!
