Decent car news sites / blogs / finding car bloggers?

Where do you all go for car news, apart from the obvious choice of Pistonheads.

I need to set up a car blog on a commercial website so I'm looking for inspiration for ideas and designs and so on. Also having a list of good sources will be handy for picking up on new launches and so on to get writers to feature.

So I'm looking for stuff like Auto Express which would be a good source of quickly finding out whats going on, and give ideas of stories to write. I'm also looking for smaller blogs who are writing high quality stuff, so that I can build up a short list of bloggers that I can approach about hiring to write for us.

I read almost no car news so I"m pretty much clueless in this topic... any pointers or links would be appreciated.

Autoguide are usually pretty on the ball, mainly American stuff though
