What use is a battery charger should you break down, exactly?? Type Pumps are also largely a waste of time as when your tyre is flat it's generally because there's a BIG f

"The car's stopped dear - I'll just go and plug it into the socket in the road and we'll be off again in about 8 hours"
or
"Tyre is flat - you pump it up from in here as I drive along and we might get home eh?"
Yeah, most people have no idea about maintenance but the "breakdowns due to lack of maintenance" they're talking about will be flat batteries (battery needed changing) and the like and I doubt even we petrolheads put a load-tester on our batteries all that often
