Depends on mileage, age, fuel type, transmission and more. B alone means nothing, you could need plugs, gearbox oil change, brake fluid change, coolant change etc etc.

And if it's a Merc specialist £200 sounds cheap, even for a standard B service with no extras. My local indy Merc specialist (Central Scotland which is normally cheaper than 'down sarf') would charge £220 for that service on a CLK, assuming no additional work required.
