My general view is that LH is the fastest driver in general (I think Alonso is the best driver) but LH hasn't full control of his head. He hasn't grown up in the real world and mentally matured as normal kids do. He is amazing but his missing childhood really shows in his attitude.

Ross Braun could actually be the best person to own him and get his head screwed on. Good luck to both of them.

Will be interesting to see what Perez can do in a decent car, I predict he will be world champion in 2013.

The money is said to be similar. Mercedes are expected to be very fast when the V6 turbo engines come in, maybe it was something to do with that? McLaren are paying for their engines from next year so their development budget may be tight.
