By the Competition Commission this time.

One of these days something will actually be done about this parasitic industry. Meanwhile we have to endure yet more years of pointless beaurocratic bullst in order for the government to have in writing what every last member of the motoring public have already known for years.

Will it ever get sorted out?

It doesn't help with a whiplash claim with every 'minor' bump, add to this hire car charges for a relatively small repair etc. We can only hope i suppose.

Heard on radio that inflated hire car cost was going to be one of the main areas they look at.

Fingers crossed we get something out of this, but I expect it will be a whitewash.
