Hi all,

Car just returned from some bodywork and unfortunately there is a little paint on the (brand new) leather steering wheel.

Any recommendations for what I can use to remove the paint without damaging the steering wheel?

Many thanks

I'd ask the bodyshop personally.....

Ideally I would but they're a decent drive from me and I'd rather just make sure it's done right myself. Any tips ?

None I'm afraid.

I would just call them and be polite about it. It won't be the first time a body shop as got paint on leather and they probably know the answer.

Problem solved. I softened it with glipton leather conditioner using a jay cloth. Then removed it carefully with my finger nail.
