So i have had to endure spending my saturday afternoon this weekend been dragged around shops with foreign sounding names such as "Sara" "Coast" "Oasis" "Next " and the proper ladies department of Debenhams only to be told that she would be meeting her friend on monday lunch time to start all over again. WHAT ON EARTH. we have both been put on diets forthwith because i only made the small gaff of saying "Isn't that a little tight round your arse my dear ".Has anyone else had there engine building time eaten into by such frivolous spending of perfectly good tyre budget money.yikes

ROOKIE mistake!

NEVER be drawn on an opinion, ever! But if it is too tight or horrible :-

"Hmmmm...not sure on the colour of that one love" ...is the correct response

And if questioned further (an old trap)

"Dunno, not sure. But then what do I know!" is the only reply. teacher

I've avoided the issue all together by taking a mate rather than the missus so we just roll out the usual monkey suit. Also handy to have a wing man in case there is also a wedding going on and bridesmaids that need looking after. Lol

MRS Hui here

Darren - I agree with you 100%!! The last thing Hui would do on a Saturday afternoon or any afternoon is trail round ladies clothes shops with me! Also, he says he decided long ago that ladies clothes don't suit him!

My other half works in a clothes shop. So she is bored of talking about clothes, and doesn't want to go shopping when she gets home, which is a bonus. biggrin
