misfire?

Strange..just had both turbos replaced and all has been well. Now the car appears to be misfiring when cold almost like there's a cylinder or two down. Once warmed up it sorts itself out. When I fired it up today from cold there was a high pitch whine which got louder then suddenly cleared. Not a lot of info I know but any thing sound familiar after replacing turbos?

is it 2.5 or 3.0 ?

I suggest a set of plugs first. Was the noise the fuel pump?

I was thinking maybe plugs..The car has been outside for a few weeks and I was wondering whether damp can get in? I don't think it was the fuel pump.
