Any must do rides out of Llandudno, N Wales?

Hi off to Llandudno for a weekend in 3 weeks for my birthday - we are meeting some friends and all taking road bikes. Looking for some advise on any rides? Our friend are from Yorkshire and are mountain goats but being from Birmingham we are a little weak on hills!! 60 miles is about our limit. Any lunch spots on the route also greatly received!
