Small front number plate

Any ideas where I can get one of the smaller front number plates I've seen on some chimaeras?

The one I asked about, the owner made it himself using a blank plate and stick - on motorbike characters.

www.fancyplates.com do at 2/3rds size plate which although it doesn't sound that small like tiny on my Chimaera. Let me know if you want a pic

I have noticed that my car doesn't have any mesh behind the plate, its a 98 car is this normal?
