who do you use to book?

I've used TrackDays.co.uk and Msv

I've used OpenTrack, GoldTrack, BookaTrack, Trackdays, MSV, Porsche Club GB and BMW Car Club. I prefer to use a company who are a member of the ATDO - which means my Manning insurance is automatically valid without me having to call them.

Only comment I'd add is that I would always advise booking with the actual organiser rather than an agency. If you find a date you want to do on an agency site it won't be hard to find out who is actually running it.

Coz at least then when you turn up, you have booked with the guy standing in front of you and to with some third party sitting sipping G&T at his members club.

Agencies take a cut, often a decent cut; ultimately this puts up the prices for all of us.

Even at the same price, I'd rather give all the money to the guys who have taken some substantial financial risks to provide us with our hobby.

Have you ever compared the T's and C's of the TDO's vs the agencies? Invariably, the agency will be far more strict in terms of refunds or credits (often a zero tolerance approach) as they have to cover all bases with their suppliers. In effect, you are signing up to the strictest refund policies of all of the supppliers they use, rather than the one you're actually driving with.
