Whilst we have many injokes on PH - MX5, RedBull, VBRJ, etc - I have noticed in recent weeks that JAYB (he that is holy smile ) has taken to replying to many, many threads with simply "Jesus Christ" or words for similar effect.

I might not be the first to note this, but I would suggest that if a non-moderator did the same, they might not be allowed?

I know this is not web site feedback per se - but I felt reporting a moderator to himself might not bring the discussion to bear.

Thoughts?

Is it the words or the fact that it may not be a useful contribution that bothers you?

Doesn't offend me. I don't believe in the invisible friend stuff.

It could be "wibbly wobbly woo"... my point is one that regardless of the thread, the reply is just "Jesus Christ" - no actual content - and that if a non mod went around replying the threads with just "Jesus Christ" or "Wibble" they would be on the fast track to to the Park Fermé (a lovely place, great coffee)...

I just assumed it was a sentiment that displayed his thoughts on the dross that passes for content on here at times

It's a fairly accurate sentiment to be fair

JAYB is a moderator and a regular poster. It's painful to see that every time the poor bloke makes any kind of joke or any degree of risque comment, people excitedly jump up and down, pulling-off and squealling "Aaaah. Misss. He said a rude word" as though becoming a mod must strip out every ounce of personality from his posts less someone sts thier own pants in excitement.
FOr the record, I have used the phrase "jesus Christ" a number of times and never been moderated for it. It would be swear filtered if it were unacceptable
