Hi All,

'Big Grin' day is next Monday 8th Oct at 1400. After 13 years of Jaguar driving (The last 8 in my award winning Phoenix Red XKR) I collect my 2007 Black DB9 Sports pack manual from Harwoods in Chichester. My good friend Tony Hall is popping down to say hello so if anyone else lives local and wants to say hello then please feel free to pop along.

I think Tony has a Lightning Silver DBS these days, but not seen any pics of it recently.

Hi Adam, Yes, Tony does have a Silver DBS. Seen it in the flesh...looks nice. I was after his Green DB9 but I just missed out.

Lovely choice btw. In the spring, take it up to Bamford rose and get them to do some magic to the exhaust. Such a difference.

Is that a Racing Green coversion? Quite a monster by the look of it, my ragtop 4.2R was a lovely wafter with some mental speed when required...

But I sold if for a DB7 -> DB9 and am now here

Similar route to me Dave, 6 years XKR ownership and now two months DB9. It had to be a manual despite the predominance of flappy ones, a long search to get what met my particular criteria, but oh boy, a long held ambition fulfilled and an emotional attachment to a car I hadn't felt for years. It's special. Ditch fuse 22. Enjoy.
