Bloody Ebay.
First of all I list my car and I get stupid people asking questions.... Some even want to ring me to discuss the car - f
kers... One guy comes to see the car, but has his to sell. He makes a cheeky offer, which I cheerfully decline.
Then a waste of time call, wanting to know when he can see the car. Says he will call me tomorrow - yeah right! But he did, and gave me the time of his train.
Collected the chap, and bloody hell he turned up, with his wife. Nice couple from Romania, had a look round the car, asked for £50 off (in the end he only had £40 as he did not have any tenners!), felt like making an effort so agreed.
Then they paid in cash. Bloody time wasters, never sell through ebay again.
(Actually I'm rather pleased - I've had the car for 18 months, done 35k in it, for the total depreciation of £60).
