Interested in knowing what are the preferred tyre choices on the Mk1 Cayennes, in particular the Turbo model running on 20" factory wheels?

Any owners out there with feedback on grip and durability, probably best to avoid the whole "n" rating topic :-)

Thx in advance, as I'm doing some pre purchase homework as looking to pull the trigger on one in the next couple of weeks.

I can't answer you directly but I do have a mint set of 20" Michelin Winter tyres available - bear it in mind in case they're of use.

OK seems that the costs are similar to 19" tyres for my boxster that's up for sale, what type of mileage are you getting on them, I heard that the car is heavy on tyres, no surprise though really taking the weight into account.

275/45/19 on an S, Conti Sport Contacts, 10,000 miles max but lovely ride and super grippy. Usually I pay about £750 for a set.

yokohama Advan sport
had them on for 50K miles
great allround, and good value
I think you can now get them on N rated
when I had them on a mk1 KN, they were not N rated
