Combi HD TV, DVD AND Freeview - recommend please

Hello all, I'm about to move into a small flat that needs a tv for the main room (12ft x 12ft).
For my needs, I'd like to wall mount an HD tv with a built in DVD and Freeview so that I don't need a unit for any separate boxes. I know the combi's are a compromise, but it will just be used for a few hours in the evening to catch basic programmes and watch a few films / DVD Boxsets!
Probably looking at 32'" and around the £250 mark. Priority is picture quality and decent sound. Have seen some Toshibas at this level but seem to get mixed reviews. Does anyone own something like this they can recommend or have any thoughts for something decent on the market that will do the job.
