Anyone catch the first episode of the new series over the weekend? Only got round to watching it this evening.

Was never much of a fan of PiL back in the day, and never warmed to Lydon (I guess that's the idea though, right?). But I really enjoyed their performances on the show, especially their new track 'Reggie Song' - great, haunting combination of his voice and the various strings.

I saw PiL twice in the 80's, always been a big fan. Dug out Metal Box to play in the car this week.

I also enjoyed the Palma Violets. Soul II Soul were OK, I actually really enjoyed Tift Merritt.
