Sidelight Bulb Specification ?

Just spent "some time" under the wheel arch getting to the headlight trying to diagnose an ongoing headlight issue.
Good news is that I've found the fault - burnt out H4 bulb connector.
Not so good news is the Sidelight bulb has dropped into the headlight where it will stay forever.
As I can't recover the bulb can someone let me know the spec to buy a replacement ?
Hopefully I can locate and fit a new H4 connector before next weekend's tunnel run !!!!!!!!
