What has gone wrong!!

Good Evening,
I need some help! Just been changing a couple of bulbs on the instrument cluster on my 2001 Ford Puma 1.7. In the process of doing so I knocked the hazard switch, the hazards switched on at an extremely fast rate :S Once I had switched them off, I re-installed the instrument binnacle. When I went to switch the ignition on there was no power! No power to the stereo, lights or any other system in the car. I have not go a clue what has happened, I have checked fuses, they all seem fine and the battery is good. Were do I go from here?
