Sutible places to sell proper audio equipment
Discussion
Sorry all, last post was removed, just to be clear this isn't an advert, just a where's best, sorry if there was a misunderstanding.
I've a bit of highly rated audio kit made by neve, where would the audio fans on pistonheads say is the best place to sell such an item? I know ebay wouldn't really suit, what forums or publications?

I think you'll find that most people will recommend the classified section on AVForums:

Good luck

Neve you say? I'll give you 50 quid for whatever it is then...
Obviously you're talking high-end pro audio here, Ebay can be surprisingly good for studio gear buying/selling, I've bought and sold a lot of kit on there but obviously you have to pay their selling fees. Pretty much any pro audio dealer and many big studios will most likely buy Neve stuff, but at a price that suits them. You could try one of the home recording mags like SoundonSound classifieds, or somewhere like Hifi wigwam... not sure if the people on AV forums would be into Neve but worth a try.

Can you say what it is and put us out of our misery without contravening the regs?
Have you tried these folk? http://www.funky-junk.com/ and http://www.proaudioeurope.com/

Strange as it sounds try an ad on gumtree and leave it to be picked up by google.
Whenever I have listed hifi kit there it has taken a couple of weeks and then I've taken lots of calls from enthusiasts who saw it come up on Google.
For niche stuff you are not in a rush to sell it seems to work well.
For a mobile phone, all you will get is spam texts offering you half the value, or double if you post abroad. A strange website.
