Finding a Spanish Church

Hi everyone,
Two relatives of mine go away to Spain every year, and when they travelled there around six years ago they found a little church which they want me to trace for them. I've asked them what they know about it but all they can tell me is that it's in the Palencia sort of region.
It would make their day if i could find it for them, as they want to revisit it next year when they go on holiday again.
Tried loads of Google searches with no luck, and did the search by image thing too.
In desperation i typed in 'Storks Churches Spain' on images but it seems like there is a lot of this sort of thing in the country.
This is the actual photo they took the last time they went;
I'd really appreciate a bit of help guys, and i'm sure they'd be very happy as well.

Rob, While trawling I wondered after looking at your recent posts on Spotted, if you had found the answer to the mystery church you asked about?
I see no one else answered but was aware of this site, photo from a different angle but could be the one.
Worth a try I thought.

I used to travel through the Palencia region a lot and in the last 3 years they have changed the roads a lot in that region, and most of it is now motorway.
The Church you are looking for is on the N630 and I think it's just before Zamora coming towards Zamora on the right hand side.

Message to both of you really. 
The problem i have is that nearly all Spainish villages/towns have a church of some kind, and most in that area at least have little bell towers and storks nesting on too. So basically, there's a load of churches which look exactly the same as each other.
The only one i have found on the N-630 near Zamora is very similar but i don't think that's the one. In a place called Montamarta? When looking closely you can see it's a slightly different structure.
Good attempts though.
