Mitsubishi VR4 Legnum STOLEN - Swindon

Just woke up to find someone has taken my car... totally gutted and its the first time this has ever happened. The car is pretty rare, so if anyone sees it or is offered parts that could have ben taken from it, please get in touch. Some pics below. It was taken from the Shrivenham area sometime between 10pm last night and 9 am this morning....... pictures to follow.....

Reg is P535 FTT and colour is purple. It's distinctive as its a manual (only 1/10 are manuals!) and has an oversize (360mm) front Brembo kit.

Post the colour and reg too. May have been taken by joyriders who don't know what they've got, so may still drive it about.

Help Please!!! A member of Club VR4 just saw a car matching my description do a U turn in his street in Cirencester. Please can all PHers in and around Cirencester keep a close lookout for a purple Mitsubishi Legnum VR4. It has big front Brembos, a colour coded Evo bonnet, anthracite SRR alloy wheels. It has a small Ralliart sticker in the lower left side of the rear screen. It is likely to be joy riders and it is a quick car, so be wary of giving chase, but please please help!!!!!

Bump... that's confirmed - my stolen Legnum is being driven round Cirencester right now... Police have been informed but PH assistance would be appreciated!!!!

The noose is tightening so to speak - the Police have a lead and are investigating.......... all depends on whether they catch them in the car or not..... would prefer the latter.

Doesnt always matter. The people who stole my car were caught in it (after they wrecked it after a police chase) and got let off because they said they didnt know it was stolen.

Sorry to hear, i'll keep an eye out for you as i'm in Swindon. If you give me the reg etc i'll also post on the local FB Swindon car club as it's suprising how efficient sightings can be.

I don`t think you`ve anything to lose at this point by posting a pic of the car, inc reg no. to help identify it.

I really hope you get it back (in one piece).
Would hate to think another VR4 was gone forever as a result of these scummy wasters.
