TVR drivers always acknowledge each other with a wave and I love that.
Out in mine today I saw two other Chims. Both drivers waved (as did I) and smiled, other times I've had headlight flashes and even arms extended out of open roofs from drivers and passengers in all manner of TVRs and I really like the 'club' feel this gives

?You get the very occasional alfa wave/nod which i always apprecitate, usually from something older, a 75 or something. Never had one form a Mito or Guilietta.
One of my favourite things is coming across someone else who is obviously having a play, and driving with them for a few miles. Even better if you get a flash or wave in recognition.

Similar to 'the Nod' when out on the bike. Most bikers give a nod to each other and as you say it gives that I'm in a club feeling.
I especially like going out my old bike. It gets looks, smiles and laughs from everyone. Partly because of the massive racket it makes on short pipes, partly because I probably look a tit riding a 70s Honda and partly because we don't often see old vehicles on the road and it breaks the monotony of black, white and silver cars.

I love seeing any Honda Type R, loud exhaust, on the VTEC. Might upset some of the old timers, but to me, this family of lairy Jap hot hatches should be loud - loud suits Jap performance cars imo. When I see one coming the other way and I get a few seconds of the "1000 angry hornets" as it passes I just think it's ace. Ace cars, sounding like Honda wanted them to, being used like they should.

It's something that first happened to me when I got my Eunos. I even started a similar thread, and the first other Marque that was mentioned was TVR.
