It's no masterpiece and certainly not Daniel Craig starring..... But picking up from other threads about the spyder roof, I said I'd do a vid as people didn't seem to think you could take it off in less than a minute.
Here you go, about 55 seconds without a crazy rush. The reason I find it annoying when people say it is ridiculously difficult to do.
I'd say putting it back on would be faster.
Hope link works, or just search YouTube 'boxster spyder roof'.

You know what you've got to do this afternoon....Can't see how it would be faster to put it back on! Go on...prove I'm wrong!

What fun
Seriously, taking it down can be as leisurely as you like.
Putting it up is where the pressure is -- how long does that take ?
I remember once watching my whippet trying to break out of my MG Midget in the car park of a well known Fish and Chip shop !
In the end, we had to put his lead on and attach him to the door handle !!!

Putting it on is even quicker.
Unless you cock up getting the far side of the roof into its guide above the windscreen. 9 times out of 10 you do it automatically but when the beautiful people are watching and you mess it up, it takes forever to slot it in correctly...We could do a Pistonheads F1 pit stop style roof challenge now that the gauntlet has been laid down.
Who can get it up the quickest?
