This is so true. I have seen quite a few riders drop the front of their TT bikes and try to get 'flat' only to find that they limit their oxygen intake. As with everything you need a proper fitting and lots of time to get familiar with your kit. I found that the 10 mile setup I had initially proved to be a total nightmare over a 25
