Having new carpets made

The carpet in my E28 BMW has seen better days.

They're no longer available from BMW, and getting a decent second hand one is nigh-on impossible now. I'd also like something a little bit nicer than the one that came from the factory.

Can anyone recommend a place to make up a replacement carpet (using the old one as a template) with a rough idea of what it would cost? I'm in Herts, so local is good, although I'll happily travel if that's the only option.
