Few of you may know, i put the beemer on the market a couple of weeks ago, basically just fancied something different and with a bit more grunt.

Seen this yoke advertised and liked the look of it, so went up today and was able to make a deal on this. Thing about the Saab is that there is very few of them on the roads, especially facelift Aero models and even moreso now.

Has every conceivable extra on it from the factory so couldnt really turn it down, the spec is

1.9 Twin Turbo Diesel 180 Aero
Brand new 19" Voltage alloys & tyres
DVD Satellite Navigation
Full leather heated sports seats
Integraded bluetooth system
Climate Control
Bi-Xenon headlights

Will miss the beemer when it goes, originally looked at a 330 but they are still very expensive to insure, but i only keep my cars around a year so i may consider one next year. The Saab is a lovely car to drive though, very comfy, very torquey and i believe one of the best looking cars on the road at the moment.

By the time i get the cherished transfer done etc. it'll be a couple of weeks before i pick it up, will bring her home and give her a good detail.

Very smart indeed and the wheels really suit it. Let down by front plate font though.

That looks very smart.

I loved my 93. They get a kicking sometimes but I enjoyed my ownership.

They look 'good' but I cant help but think Golf R / Audi S4 B8.

How are you finding the more powerful FWD car compared to the RWD 318d?

I was looking at these before I got my 3 series back in Feb. Really nice looking car that I always though was let down by the factory wheels. This one looks the nuts, I love it.

cheers lads smile Will get some better pics of the car whenever i get it home.

Plans are to keep it very simple. Remap and sports back box, then tint the windows and fit a boot lip spoiler

Can't say I've seen a nicer looking 9-3 than that! The rest are all hire cars insurance companies give you when you have a prang.

Bet it's a torquey little bugger!

Lovely looking cars. If I was to have another Saab, I would want the TTID Aero. They look great in white too smile

If you need a decent Saab Approved repair centre, then I can recommend SaabTech. They really do know their stuff. Saldy my 05 93 has been there a few times for some unplanned work frown

Black tint on all the windows and its got serious drug dealer potential! Lovely looking car though, always had a bit of a soft spot for these but hate the cluttered dash/interior on the early ones.
