It would depend if you are planning to leave the engine in or not. I left it in whne I did my lift, but if I was doing it again I would take it out first.
It would be a very busy weekend, but you probably could get all the disconnecting done provided you didn't run into any unexpected siezed bolts. It took me a week.
The lift its self can be done in a day and can be done single handed.
